1. Agreement
By creating or using a HapDrop account, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Safety Standards. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 and permitted to use the service under applicable law. If you have not reached the age at which you can accept these terms yourself where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you. You may not use HapDrop if your account was previously removed for serious or repeated violations.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information, maintain control of your sign-in methods and devices, and keep profile information reasonably current. You may be required to complete identity, age, photo, or account verification. Badges indicate successful checks at a point in time and are not guarantees of conduct or compatibility.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Solicit paid sexual services, request advance payments, promote scams, or misuse payment information.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, exploit, discriminate against, or expose another person.
- Share non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, or content that facilitates abuse.
- Scrape profiles, automate interactions, evade restrictions, create deceptive accounts, or disrupt the service.
- Use another member's information outside the purpose for which it was shared.
- Post unlawful content or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant HapDrop a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.
6. Discovery and member interactions
Recommendations, social signals, verification, and moderation reduce risk but do not guarantee identity, behavior, availability, attendance, or the outcome of a connection. You are responsible for your decisions and should follow the safety guidance before sharing information or meeting anyone.
Venue search and place details may use Google Maps Platform. Your use of those mapping features is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and the Google Privacy Policy. You must not scrape, bulk-download, copy, or misuse mapping content.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid memberships are purchased through the HapDrop website. The price, billing period, recurring amount, and benefits are shown before payment authorization. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel renewal from your HapDrop membership page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund rights remain subject to applicable law and can be raised through support. Payment never bypasses safety, verification, or moderation requirements.
8. Service availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or remove experimental features. Do not rely on it for emergency communication. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.
9. Enforcement and termination
We may limit features, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or contact relevant authorities when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement. You may appeal eligible decisions through support. You may stop using HapDrop or delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, HapDrop is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or member conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. HapDrop is not responsible for independent acts of members outside the service.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. We may update them as the product and law evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this page. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
