When does Host Pro take effect?
Host Pro capacity begins after Razorpay confirms the purchase and HapDrop verifies the signed provider event.
When does a billing-period change take effect?
Your current Host Pro period continues unchanged. The new monthly or annual period begins on your next renewal date.
What happens if renewal fails?
We show the payment status and a recovery action. A failed future charge never creates a new paid entitlement period.
Can I cancel without losing access immediately?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal, while your paid benefits remain available through the end of the current billing period.
Where can I review my payments?
Your payment history appears above after each verified charge, refund, or upgrade payment.
